Design Build

Consultancy
UIProjects provides expert consultancy services to its clients from our regional offices throughout the MENA and Asia regions. We have provided consultancy services on important and critical studies throughout the area and especially in war-torn regions such as Afghanistan and Iraq. We have successfully completed $1.2 billion worth of design services in the region. Our services include and are not limited to, Design, Survey, Feasibility studies (including the development of water and power sectors) and Project Development Planning.
Construction
UIProjects’ network of local companies and joint ventures ensures that full and competitive construction services are being offered to our local clients. Featured Projects
Counter Narcotics Police Program, Afghanistan
This $47 million project for the U.S. Corps of Engineers, AED, consists of the design and construction of 12 large highway and police compounds in various locations throughout Afghanistan. The project’s success and excellent performance evaluations represent the high quality of workmanship and management UIProjects has to offer to its clients.
Kabul Military Training Center (KMTC) WWTP, Afghanistan
This $5 million project included the Design-Build of all civil, mechanical and electrical systems for a 3,525m3/day Complete Mixed Activated Sludge process, with a peak hydraulic capacity of 370m3/hr (8,880m3/day).
ANA Garrison Farah (PHASE I & II), Afghanistan
This $70 million project for the U.S. Corps of Engineers, is the Design-Build of a new self-sustained garrison facility for the ANA Brigade in Farah. The project is defined as the design, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, roads, utilities, and other infrastructure for 2000 personnel.
